An anaesthetic is used to temporarily reduce or take away sensation for performing painful procedures or surgeries. At All Is Well an expert team of anaesthesiologist provides anaesthesia. The team comprises of experienced and well-trained medical professionals who review medical condition and history of patients and plan the appropriate anaesthetic for surgery. Anaesthesia gives a relief to a patient from pain before, during, and after the procedures. Types of Anaesthesia:

  • General Anaesthesia
    • Anaesthesiologists at All Is Well looks after each patient on individual basis to determine the best combination of medications, depending on the state of mental and physical health, other medical conditions, the running medications of the patients, any allergies, and the type of surgery planned.
  • Local Anaesthesia
    • Local anaesthesia is an anaesthetic agent given to temporarily stop the sense of pain in a particular area of the body. The patient remains conscious during a local anaesthetic.
  • Sedation, also known as "Monitored Anaesthesia Care."
    • Different levels of possible sedation are provided, depending on the type of procedure and the patient's preference.
  • Regional Anaesthesia
    • Regional anaesthesia is used to numb only the portion of the body that will undergo the surgery. Usually an injection of local anaesthetic is given in the area of nerves that provide feeling to that part of the body.
